This amazing hotel in the city center offers large, fancy rooms just as shown in the photos, providing a quiet and convenient experience.

Stuff were very very helpful, atmosphere was quiet, it had incredible location close enough to lovely cafes and restraunts, centre and the central plaza and the entrance to the Holy Shroud exhibit. The hotel met every demand.

The bed was really comfortable. the bathroom was well-equipped. - the room had a TV, a kettle, and coffee. - the hotel is located near the central plaza, the entrance to the Holy Shroud exhibit, lovely cafes and restaurants, and the Piazza Castello. - Nearby Blah Blah is a great place to relax.

I had a decent experience staying at Hotel Serenella. Although there were some minor issues, such as a lack of hot water on the last day and a less-than-comfortable bed, the staff made an effort to address our concerns.

We loved the hotel's sense of humor and helpfulness. the location was perfect, with a very tall spire near the hotel that helped us find our way back. the walks along the river Po and up the nearby hill were lovely. the trips to the Basilica and the Alps offered breathtaking views. And being guests with children, the hotel had great facilities and activities for them.

Felt just like being home, no complaints.
